To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 8779282540. Our customer service team will understand your concern, and initiate a refund, if they find a valid reason for it.

1) Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we’re all set to prepare and cook this straight away. If you cancel the order, after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable.

2) Food Order Errors

Our customer support team ensures you get the right food delivered to your doorstep. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make suitable arrangements and provide the right food.

3) Food Dissatisfaction

We strive to cook fresh food with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all the food we serve. Refunds and/or replacement foods are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted or the food served did not meet our high standards.


We will notify you within 7 working days once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
